    And now at this Court the afd Charles appeared and prayd the Same Recognizance might
be disch.d as also his Suretys   Ordered by The Court here that the Same be disch.d This Court
here discharges the Same Charles Griffith his Recogniz.c for tenn pounds Sterl and the afd
Edwd Rogers & Vincent Hatcheson his Suretys in five pounds Sterl Each are by this
Court here Disch.d

 This Court here being informed that the afd John Some time in January
last Uttered Severall Blasfemous words and casts Congregations of people
together and preaches to them haveing no Authority for the Same and
other ways is Said to be a person of Evil fame On which the afd
John being in Court is Ordered to give Security for his appearance to
next Court and good behav.r in the mean time  Thereupon the afd John Camble in Court
for present in his pper pson acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the
Lord pprietarie in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl to be Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands
and Tenements to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally That if he
Shall not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third
tuesday in August then next ensueing And in the mean time he is to be of good behav.r wherew.th
acknowledges himselfe to be therewith Content

    Also At the SAme time came John Ashley and John Sturgis both of Kent County planter
and Acknowledged himselfe Ind themselves Indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Lord proprietarie in the
sum of five pounds Sterling Each to be Leveyed on their bodys Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts
for the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the Same John Camble
Shall not make his personall Appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third

in Kent County afd Gentleman the eighth day of
March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred & twenty Nine at the
parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdicion of this Court in and upon a Certain
John Smith Jun.r of the Bay Side in the peace of God and of the Said Lord propry
then & there being with force and Armes an assault did make and him the Said
John Smith then and there did beat wound & Evilly Treat So that of his life
was much despaired and other harms to him then and there did to the great
damage of the Same John and Contrary to the peace of the Said Lord propry that
now is his good rule & Government &c.a
