appear at any time dureing the Courts Sitting to give Evidence on his Said Lord Ships behalfe against the Same Margret wherewith he acknowledges himselfe Content After which the Same William ap.rd and the Court ord.rd the Same Recog.c to be disch.d The Same Recognizance is by this Court here disch.d And is Ordred by the by the Court here that he enter into Recognizance for his appearance to next Court as an Evid.c ag.st the same with Security On which the Same William Murphey in his pp.r pson came into Court and acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling to be Leveyd in his Body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements to the use of his Said Ld Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not appear at next Court to be held for Said County on the third Tuesday in June next then to give his Evid.cs on his Ld Ships behalfe against the afd Margret Flinn wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe Content At the Same time came Joshua George of Cecil County Gent and in his pper pson acknowledged himselfe indebted to the Right Hon.ble the Ld propry in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl to be Leveyd on his body Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenem.ts to the use of his Said Lord Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the Said William Murphey Shall not ap.r at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in June next to give Evid.c on his Ld Ships behalfe against the afd Margret Flinn wherewith he Acknowledges himselfe Content Ordered by the Court here that Security be gave for the afd Margret Flinn App.rc to next Court &c.a On which came into the afd Court Laughlin Flinn and in his proper pson acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right Hon.rble the Lord propry in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl to be Leveyd on his Body Goods and Chattles Lands & Tenements that if his wife the afd Margret Flinn Shall not make her personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County on the third tuesday in June next then and there to Answer unto a Certain Indictment found against her now in Court on Account of her Stealing Seven Yards Muslin and two pair of womens Gloves the goods of a Certain William Murphey and that in the mean time She is to be of good behaviour wherewith the Same Laughlin Acknowledges himselfe therewith Content a Certain Mary to be in Evid.c is by this Co.rt Cont.d his Security be gave Ordered by the Court here that Security be gave for the appearance of a Certain Mary Tobee as an Evid.c against the afd Margret On which came into Court the afd Laughlin |
