and Tenements to the use of his Ld Ship his heires and Successors Conditionally that if
the afd Joseph Sanders Shall not make his psonall appearance at the next Court to be
held for Said County on the third tuesday in June to Answer unto what Shall be objected
against him on his being Suspected of a Certain felony And that in the mean time the Said
Joseph Sanders is to be of good behaviour wherewith the Said Ellis Fenn acknowledges

    Thomas Hatcheson of Said County is ordered to ent.r into Recognizance as an
Evid.c against the afd Joseph Sanders And Thereupon The Same Thomas Hatcheson
on his pp.r pson here in Court came and acknowledged himselfe Indebted to the Right
