and Saith that they are in no Sort guilty of the premises upon him Imposed as by the afd Indictm.t
it is alledged And thereof they putt themselves upon the Country
                                                                    Geo Harrington & Emanuel Drew in their p.r p.rsons

    And he who followeth for the Lord prop.ry in like manner Say they are guilty

    And now here at this Court Notwithstanding the plea afd The Same George Harrington
and Emanuel Drew comes into Court and withdraws their plea afd And in their proper
persons comes and Says that they Cannot gainsay the Indictment afd So as afd against
them brought nor but that they are guilty of the premises afd upon them Imposed as by
the afd Indictm.t it is alledged  And thereupon Submitts to the Court  Therefore it is Considered
by the Justices here to wit At the Court House in the Town of Chester in Said County on
the third tuesday in March being the Seventeenth day of Said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred and twenty Nine That the afd George Harrington and Emanuel Drew S[t]and in
the pillory for the Space of one quarter of an hour Each and that afterwards they
Receive at the Publick whiping post five Lashes Each well laid on their ^bare^ backs tell y.e blood
appear as a punishment for their afd Crime of felony according to the force form &
effect of the Confession afd  Also it is Considered that the Said George Harrington
and Emanuel Drew pay the Sume of two Shillings Current money it being the four fold
of the afd Goods So Stoln And also pay the sume of three hundred and Seventy pounds
of Tobacco Costs accrueing on the premises afd to the officers of this Court

    It is also Considered by the Court here at this day to wit the day and year last mentioned
that the Sherf of Kent County take the afd George Harrington and Emanuel Drew into his Custody
and Execute the punishment in the Judgment afd Specified of which precept the Said Sherf
to wit Joseph Young Gent high Sherf of Kent County makes return on the day and year
last Said that he hath Executed the Said Judgment And also hath here ready the Said
George Harrington and Emanuel Drew before the Court

    Ordered by the Court here that the Same Emanuel Drew at the Expiration of his time
to be Deliverd up to the Court or Sherf of Kent County

Sterl  The afd George Harrington in his proper person ap.rd
and Ordered by the Court here that the Same Recognizance be disch.d there ap.ring no
person to Shew any cause to the Contrary On which this Court Discharges the Same

    And William Copper of Said County at the Said last Court Ent.rd into Recognizance in the
Sum of tenn pds Sterl for his Ap.rc at this Court as an Evid.c ag.st the afd George Harrington
and the afd William in his proper person ap.rd and ordered that his Recognizance be
disch.d  This Court here discharges the Same

of tenn pounds Sterl for his Appearance at this Court as an Evid.c against the afd Emanuel
Drew And now here y.e afd William in his prop.r pson ap.rd  And ordered that his Recognizance
be discharged this Court here discharged the Same
