    Att a Court held at the County of Kent in the province
of Maryland at the Court house in the Town of Chester
in said County on the Eighteenth Day of June and
Continued the Ninteenth Day of the same month And
then Ajurned till the ninteenth Day of August in the
fourteenth Year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute
Lord and prop.ry                        of the provinces
of Maryland and Avalon Lord Barron of Baltomore
&c.a  Annoq. Dom. 1728

hundred twenty and Seven at the Parish afd in
the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court
did Committ fornication with a Certain person to the
Jurors afd unknown and did permit the same unknown
pson then and there to have Carnal knowledge
of her body and to beget then and there a Bastard Child
on the Body of her the same Eliz.th to the Heigh
Displeasure of Almighty God to the Evill Example
of all others in Such Case offending Contrary to the
peace of the said Lord prop.ry that now is his good rule and
Governm.t and against the form of the Act of Assembly
in that Case made and provided
