APPOINTMENTS.

ANNAPOLIS, MD., July 29, 1930.
Speaker E. Brooke Lee made the following announcement:

Owing to the appointment of Delegate Peverly of the House as
Land Commissioner of Maryland, and Delegate Louis McL. Mer-
ryman as Clerk of Circuit Court of Baltimore County, it left va-
cancies on the Rules, Ways & Means, and Election Committees.

He made the following appointments to fill said vacancies:
Mr. Morris, of Prince George, member of the Rules Committee.
Mr. Hofferbert as Chairman of Infection Committee.

Mr. D'Alesandro, Jr., as member of Ways and Means Commit-
tee.
