point being at the extreme north end of Vincent Neck Woods
on said Island, which said point is to be fixed on said shore
by a permanent marker as hereinafter provided, and running
from said point from the shore of Tilghman's Island in a
straight line drawn eastwardly to a point on the shore of the
property in Ferry Neck in Talbot County to a house on the
property, known as the Morling House Farm, facing the waters
of Irish Creek; the beginning point shall be marked and monu-
mented by a qualified Surveyor or Civil Engineer to be ap-
pointed by the Commissioners of Talbot County. And the
County Commissioners of Talbot County shall procure and
have placed at the above terminals or points, substantial, visi-
ble and permanent buoys or markers, together with such addi-
tional buoys or markers on said boundary line, when necessary

to more certainly define said line, in order that the said line

may at all times be easily seen, located and defined by the said
dredgers and tongers, and from either shore. The said waters
north of said line shall be reserved solely for the use of the
stongers of Talbot County, and that the taking of oysters in the
said waters north of said boundary line above defined, by the
use of dredges or scrapes be and the same is hereby made un-
lawful and prohibited.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Chapter 326 of the
Acts of 1910 and all other Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 406.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 533, 533A, 533B, 533C, 533D and
534 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Montgomery County," sub-title "Sheriff," and to re-enact
the same providing for the compensation of the sheriff of said
county and his assistants.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 533, 533A. 533B, 533C, 533D and 534 of
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Montgomery
