any justice of the peace having jurisdiction against such per-
son or persons, or in the name, title or designation under which
said business is being conducted, and process in such suit or
action when served upon such person or persons so doing busi-
ness and in charge thereof, shall entitle such creditor, upon
legal proof of the claim of such creditor, to a judgment, and
all of the goods, merchandise, fixtures, machinery, chattels or
other property possessed, used or acquired in the said business
shall be liable to seizure and sale under execution in satisfac-
tion of such judgment and costs; and any such person who
shall knowingly and wilfully execute and file any false cer-
tificate shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thou-
sand dollars, or by imprisonment for a term of not more than
one year, or both, in the discretion of the court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1922.

CHAPTER 382.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 55, 60, 72, 73, 74, 126B, 128, 131,
132A, 132B. and 133 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Public Educa-
tion," as said Sections 55, 72, 74, 131, and 133 were re-
enacted by Chapter 506 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1916; and as said Sections 60, 128, and
132A were re-enacted and as said Sections 126B and 132B
were enacted by Chapter 118 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1920; and as said Section 73 was
re-enacted by Chapter 494 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1918, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 55, 60, 72, 73, 74, 126B, 128, 131, 132A,
132B, and 133 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Public Education," as said
Sections 55, 72, 74, 131, and 133 were re-enacted by Chapter
506 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1916 ;
and as said Sections 60, 128, and 132A were re-enacted and
