sembly of Maryland of the year 1910, commonly known as
the Public Service Commission Law, to be known as Section
38A, and to come in immediately after Section 38 of said
Act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and is hereby added to Chapter
180 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of the
year 1910, commonly known as the Public Service Commission
Law, to be known as Section 38A, and to come in immediately
after Section 38 of said Act, and to read as follows:

Section 938A. All provisions of this Act, in reference to
steam railroads, street railroads and common carriers, so far as
the same shall be practically, legally or necessarily applicable
to gas and electrical corporations in this State, are hereby
made applicable to such gas and electrical corporations, except
so far as they may be repugnant to the special provisions of
this Act, relating to gas and electrical corporations.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

CHAPTER 356.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 6 of
Article 5 of Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public Civil
Laws of Maryland, title "Appeals and Errors," sub-title
"Appeals from Courts of Law," and also to add a, new sec-
tion to said Article 5 of Bagby's Annotated Code of the Pub-
lic Civil Laws of Maryland, title "Appeals and Errors," sub-
title "Appeals from Courts of Law," by the addition of a
new section to be known as Section 6A and to come imme-
diately after Section 6.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 6 of Article 5 of Bagby's Annotated Code
of the Public Civil Laws of Maryland, title "Appeals and
Errors," sub-title "Appeals from Courts of Law," be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so
as to read as follows:

Section 6. All appeals, or writs of errors, allowed from any
judgment or determination of a court of law, to the Court of
Appeals of this State, other than from decisions of questions
arising under the insolvent law and from decisions and deter-
