the fines and penalties prescribed for violation of said laws
respectively shall apply to the same extent.

SEC. 2. And he U further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after the first day of June, 1922.

CHAPTER 337.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 26A
of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "St. Mary's County," sub-title "County Commission-
ers," as said section was enacted by Chapter 153 of the Acts
of 1920, decreasing the compensation of the County Com-
missioners of St. Mary's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 26A of Article 19 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "St. Mary's County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," as said section was enacted by Chap-
ter 153 of the Acts of 1920, be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

26A. The County Commissioners of St. Mary's County
hall receive a salary of three hundred ($300) dollars per year
each, including mileage.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this
Act shall affect the compensation of the present County Com-
missioners during their present respective terms of office.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall takf
effect June 1, 1922.

Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County," to be un-
