WHEREAS the Governor of Maryland, did, under and by
virtue of Chapter 316 of the Acts of Maryland of 1918, by
proclamation bearing date March 1921, declare the charter
of the said corporation null and void;
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the proclamation of the Governor of Maryland,
in so far as it effects The Southern Realty Company, be and
it is hereby set aside, and that the charter of The Southern
Realty Company be renewed, together with all powers inci-
dent thereto, from the date of said proclamation, and as a
condition precedent the said The Southern Realty Company
shall, pay its Franchise Tax and other taxes that are in
arrears to the State of Maryland.

CHAPTER 325.
AN ACT to prohibit the catching and taking of oysters in tne
Patuxent River with patent tongs operated or wound by
any power other than hand winders.

CHAPTER 326.
AN ACT to add a new section to Chapter 650 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1920, entitled "An Act to
provide a Sanatorium on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for
advanced cases of tuberculosis, to appropriate a sum of
money therefor and to create a commission of administra-
tion thereof"; the same providing that the Governor shall
appoint a commission of nine persons to succeed the existing
commission.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Chapter 650 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1920, entitled "An Act to provide a Sanatorium on the
Eastern Shore of Maryland for advanced cases of tuberculosis,
to appropriate a sum of money therefor and to create a com-
mission of administration thereof," the same to follow imme-
