for a distance 202.5 feet, thence South 38 degrees 16 minutes
West for a distance of 181.4 feet, thence South 51 degrees 51
minutes East for a distance 298.1 feet, thence South 17 degrees
16 minutes West for a distance of 96.1 feet, thence South 62
degrees 56 minutes West for a distance of 324.6 feet, thence
South 84 degrees 11 minutes West for a distance of 49.5 feet,
to the intersection of the line between the Sheppard-Enoch
Pratt Hospital, being South 1 degree 21 minutes West 7.11
feet from a stone marked "S-A" on the same division line.
And the said Board of Public Works is hereby directed to
reserve in said deed to said Maryland State Normal School,
the right to connect the pipe running from the private sewerage
disposal plant of the said Maryland State Normal School, with
the outfall sewer which the said Board of County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore County proposes to construct under and
along the right-of-way herein granted, leading to the said Bal-
timore County sewerage disposal plant, and the further right
through said connecting pipe and outfall sewer to discharge,
without any fee or charge whatsoever, the sewerage from the
private sewerage disposal plant of said Maryland State Normal
School, said reserved rights to constitute the consideration for
the conveyance to the said Commissioners of Baltimore County
herein authorized.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health and safety, and being passed
by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

CHAPTER 321.

AN ACT to repeal Section 17 of Chapter 800 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1914, as codified in the
Annotated Code of Public General Laws as Article 101
thereof, title "Workmen's Compensation," sub-title "State
Accident Fund," as said section was re-enacted by Chapter
597 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1916, and to re-enact said section with amendments.
