It shall be unlawful to dredge or scrape on the natural rocks,
beds and shoals of the Potomac river at any time with any
boat propelled other than by sail, and the penalties otherwise
prescribed for unlawful dredging shall be imposed under this
section for any violation of this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That upon the taking
effect in the State of Virginia of the provisions prescribed in
this Act, the Governor of Maryland shall issue his proclamation
declaring the provisions of this Act to be effective.

CHAPTER 320.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of Public Works to convey to
the County Commissioners of Baltimore County a right-of-
way through the Maryland State Normal School property
at Towson for an outfall sewer, reserving to said Maryland
State Normal School property the right to connect with said
outfall sewer the pipe running from the private sewerage
disposal plant of said Normal School.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Public Works is hereby authorized
and empowered to convey to the County Commissioners of Bal-
timore County a right-of-way for an outfall sewer through the
property of the State of Maryland, known as the Maryland
State Normal School, situated in the Ninth Election District
of Baltimore County, said right-of-way to be 7 1/2 feet in width
on either side of the center line having the following descrip-
tion: Beginning at a point on the division line between the
properties of Hans Anderson, and the State of Maryland,
known as the Maryland State Normal School, said point being
on the North 10 degrees East line of the Maryland State Nor-
mal School property and North 69.6 feet from a stone and
running thence: South 67 degrees 17 minutes West for a
distance of 95.1 feet to a point, thence South 13 degrees 39
minutes West for a distance 200.0 feet, thence South 45 de-
grees 30 minutes West for a distance of 205.1 feet, thence
South 10 degrees 26 minutes East for a distance 137.7 feet,
thence South 74 degrees 25 minutes West for a distance 82.9
feet, thence North 77 degrees 47 minutes West for a distance
123.9 feet, thence South 56 degrees 57 minutes West for a dis-
