SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That when the education
of Prince George's County shall have received from County
Commissioners their resolution as provided in Section 1 hereof,
and not before, the said Board of Education of Prince George's
County shall be authorized to borrow, on the indorsement of
the County Commissioners of Prince George's County, who are
hereby directed to indorse such bonds on the faith and credit
of said county, the following amounts or any of them or all of
them, if the same are named in the original resolution of the
said Board of Education and in the order of the County Com-
missioners passed thereon:
$25,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the
construction and equipment of a public school at the District
Line (Seat Pleasant), including the purchase of the site if
necessary.
$25,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the
construction and equipment of a public school at Berwyn, in-
cluding the purchase of the site if necessary.
$25,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the
construction and equipment of a public school at Mt. Rainier,
including the purchase of the site if necessary.
$10,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the
construction and equipment of a public school at Capitol
Heights, including the purchase of the site if necessary.
The said Board of Education is thereupon authorized to
issue coupon bonds therefor in denominations of not less than
one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than one thou-
sand dollars ($1,000.00) each to be signed by the president
of said Board of Education of Prince George's County and
countersigned by the County Superintendent of Schools with
the seal of said board attached, provided that the coupons for
the interest thereof may be authenticated by the engraved,
lithographed or printed signatures of the president of said
board and the county superintendent. Said bonds shall be
dated on the date of their issue and shall be payable, as to the
principal, thirty (30) years from date, and shall bear interest
at the rate of five per cent (5%) per annum, payable semi-
annually in each and every year until maturity, shall be for-
ever exempt from all county and municipal taxation, shall have
printed on them a reference to this Act as authorizing the issue
thereof, and may be registered as to the principal, by the
County Superintendent in a separate book to be kept by him
for that purpose, if such registration is desired at any time by
