SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That all fees, costs and
charges in any and all criminal and civil cases allowed consta-
bles under the local or general law of this State that are paid
over to any member of the county police force that said mem-
ber is required to pay over any and all fees so collected by him,
without any deduction whatsoever, to the said County Com-
missioners, said money to be credited to the Police Fund, as
aforesaid.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County shall have full authority and
supervision of any and all members of said police force and
shall pass such orders and regulations governing their actions
as members of said force from time to time as said County
Commissioners may ordain.
SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That all fines, penalties,
and forfeitures of any kind, nature or description imposed by
the Police Justice for Montgomery County, or any other Jus-
tice of the Peace, or the Circuit Court for Mongomery County,
including all fines, penalties and forfeitures imposed and col-
lected for the violations of any of the provisions of the General
Motor Vehicles Law of Maryland, as provided in Code, Article
56, Section 133-163, as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 85,
Acts of 1918, and amended by Chapter 506, Act of 1920, and
Chapter 407, Acts of 1920, shall be paid over to the County
Commissioners of Montgomery County and the said Commis-
sioners shall credit all of such fines, penalties and forfeitures
to the Police Fund of said county and from the proceeds of
said fund the Commissioners shall pay for the maintenance
and upkeep of said police system and the incidental expenses
thereof.
SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the 1st day of June in the year 1922.
