SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1 of Chapter 88 of the Acts of 1920 be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
and that a new section be and it is hereby added to said Act,
to be known as Section 1A, to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 1 of said Act, both of said sections to read as follows:

1. It shall be unlawful for any person at any time, in, on
and over the waters of Talbot County, excluding the waters of
Dickinson's Bay and Reed's Creek as hereinafter defined and
the waters adjacent to Poplar Island and Coaches Neck, to
shoot at or shoot any wild fowl from any booby blind, stake
blind, floating blind, sink box or artificial point of any de-
scription, or to erect, set or maintain the same in said waters
at a greater distance than one hundred yards from the natural
shore at mean low water mark, from which the same may be
extended.

1A. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to erect,
set or maintain a booby blind, stake blind, floating blind, sink
box or artificial point of any description in any of the waters
of Chesapeake Bay adjacent to Poplar Island and Coaches
Neck in Talbot County, in over eight feet of water or at a
greater distance than one thousand yards from the natural
shore of said Poplar Island and Coaches Neck at mean low
water mark, from which the same may be extended.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 213.

AN ACT to incorporate the Town of Highland Beach, in Anne-
Arundel County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the inhabitants of Highland Beach, in Anne Arun-
del County, Maryland, be and they are hereby incorporated and
created a corporate body under the name and style of "The
Commissioners of Highland Beach, " and by that name shall
have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, plead and be im-
pleaded in any court of law or equity whatsoever, may pur-
chase and hold real, personal and mixed property, and may sell
