CHAPTER 192.
AN ACT to direct the County Commissioners of Charles Coun-
ty, Maryland, to refund to The Mount Vernon and Marshall
Hall Steamboat Company (Limited), the sum of two hun-
dred and ninety-one dollars ($291. 00), paid in error by said
company, into the County Treasury for the levy of 1919,
as County Taxes, and to make levy for the same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Charles County be
and they are hereby directed to refund to The Mount Vernon
and Marshall Hall Steamboat Company (Limited), the sum of
two hundred and ninety-one dollars ($291. 00), paid in error
by said company, into the County Treasurer for the levy of
1919, as County Taxes; and the said County Commissioners
are hereby directed to levy in the next succeeding levy for taxes,
a sum sufficient to pay said company, the above mentioned
amount,
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 193.
AN ACT to extend for a period of two years from January
1st, 1922, the exemption from taxation of property held
by any hospital or asylum for future use, provided for in
Section 4-B, of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Law of Maryland, said section having been enacted by
Chapter 201 of the Acts of 1918 and amended by Chapter
390 of the Acts of 1920 of the General Assembly of Mary-
land.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the exemption provided for in Chapter 201 of the
