devote his entire time to his duties during such days as the
County Road Engineer may determine.

CHAPTER 185.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
321A2 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
the State of Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title
"Wild Fowl. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 321A2 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title ''Dorchester Coun-
ty, " sub-title "Wild Fowl, " be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

Section 321A2. That it shall be lawful for the citizens of
the Neck or Election District No. 8 of Dorchester County
to erect, set or maintain booby blinds, stake blinds or similar
artificial blinds for the purpose of shooting wild fowl on a line
drawn from Mills Point in a northeastward direction in the
waters of Brannocks or Trippes Bay to the southeast corner
of what is known as the Great Flats, and from thence to what
is known as Weir Point or Orchard Marsh, and said blinds
above referred to not to be less than three hundred yards apart
measured in a straight line. Be it further provided, that it
shall be lawful for said citizens to erect, set or maintain booby

blinds, stake blinds or similar artificial blinds on the waters of
Todds Bay out to and on a line drawn two hundred yards
northeast of Todds Point, then running south southeast to a
point at the mouth of Chapel Creek-known as Mitchells Point;
provided, said blinds in or on Todds Bay shall not be less than
five hundred yards apart measured in a straight line.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That all laws or parts of
laws, both local and general, inconsistent with the provisions
of this Act, whether passed at this session of the Legislature
or at former sessions, are hereby repealed. This Act shall take
effect from June 1st, 1922.
