Washington Railway and Electric Company; thence 250 feet,
more or less, along line of Washington Railway and Electric
Co. to intersection with center line of John street; thence in
an easterly direction along center line of John street 250 feet,
more or less; thence in a Southerly direction 80 feet, more or
less; thence in an Easterly direction across the right of way of
the B. & O. Railroad Co.; thence in a Southwesterly direction
along said line of right of way 3/4 of a mile, more or less, to an
intersection with the boundary of Mt. Rainier Incorporation:
thence following the Mt. Rainier boundary line across the right
of way of the B. & O. Railroad in a northwesterly general di-

rection to the point of beginning boundary at 34th and Grape
streets, enclosing an area of 400 acres, more or less.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Town of Brent-
wood shall be divided in four wards, as follows:

First Ward—That portion of the town lying between the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad and the City and Suburban Rail-
road, John Street, and the boundary line of the town of Mount
Rainier.

Second Ward—Shall comprise the territory of said town
bounded on the East by right of way of the Washington Rail-
way and Electric Company, and on the North by middle line
of alley of Ralston and Ray's re-subdivision, thence along
center line of said alley to an intersection with Park Avenue:
thence in a Northwesterly direction to an intersection with
Prospect Avenue; thence in a Southerly direction along Pros-
pect Avenue to Henry Street; thence along middle line of
Henry Street to intersection with line of Washington Railway
& Electric Co.

Third Ward—Shall comprise that section of the town bound-
ed by the North boundary of said town, and on the west by
Western boundary of said town, to the point where Dewey
street intersects the Western boundary of said town of Brent-
wood; thence along middle line of Dewey street to intersection
with Wells street; thence northerly along middle line of Wells
street to intersection with Henry street; thence Southeast along
middle line of Henry street to point where Henry street inter-
sects with middle line of Prospect avenue.

Fourth Ward—Shall comprise that territory of said town
bounded on the West by the Western boundary of said Town
of Brentwood, and on the South by the Southern boundary of
said Town of Brentwood to the point where the Southern boun-
dary of said town intersects with the Western boundary of
