Companies, ' by adding thereto certain additional sections
to follow section 300 of said Article, to be known as sec-
tions 300K, 300L, 300M, 300N and 300P, now codified as
sections 331 to 335, inclusive, of Article 23 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland, title 'Corporations, ' sub-title
'Railroad Companies, ' generally known as the "Full Crew
Law, " "and to add a new Section to Article 23 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Corporations, " sub-
title "Public Service Commission, " to follow immediately
after Section 435B and to be known as Section 435C. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Act of 1908, Chapter 724, entitled An Act to
amend Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Corporations', sub-title 'Railroad Companies', by
adding thereto certain additional sections to follow Section 300
of said Article, to be known as Sections 300K, 300L, 300M, 300N
and 300P, now codified as Sections 331 to 335, inclusive, of Ar-
ticle 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title 'Corpora-
tions', sub-title 'Railroad Companies', generally known as the
'Pull Crew Law', be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That a new Section be
added to Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
title "Corporations, " sub-title "Public Service Commission, "
to follow immediately after Section 435B, to be known as
Section 435C, to read as follows:

435C. Whenever the Commission shall be of the opinion,
after a hearing upon its own motion, or upon a complaint
made as provided in this sub-title, that any railroad company
operates or intends to operate in Maryland, any freight train
or trains, without employing thereon a sufficient number of
men for the safe and efficient operation of said train or trains,
the Commission may order or require such railroad company
to employ such a number of men upon any of its freight
trains, operated or to be operated in the State of Maryland,
as in the judgment of the Commission is requisite for the safe
and efficient operation thereof; any such order to be enforc-
able or reviewable as provided in this sub-title for the enforce-
ment and review of other orders of the Commission. "
