proper for the support of Farmers' Co-operative Demonstra-
tion Work, including Home Demonstration Work and Boys' and
Girls' Club Work, in each of their respective Counties, along
the same line as such work is or may be conducted by the
United States Department of Agriculture or the University
of Maryland Extension Service, and may conduct such work
jointly in the respective Counties with the agents and repre-
sentatives of the United States Department of Agriculture and
the University of Maryland Extension Service, upon such terms
and conditions as may be agreed upon between the agent of
the Department of Agriculture of the United States and the
agent of the University of Maryland Extension Service and
the Board of County Commissioners.

Whenever the Department of Agriculture of the United
States, and the University of Maryland Extension Service shall
enter into co-operative relations for conducting Farmers' Co-
operative Demonstration Work, including Home Demonstration
Work and Boys' and Girls' Club Work, in the Counties of
Maryland, the County Commissioners of the respective Counties
may co-operate with the United States Department of Agricul-
ture and the University of Maryland Extension Service in
providing funds and conducting such work in such manner as
may be agreed upon by the agents of the Co-operative Insti-
tutions.

SEC. 2. And be it Further Enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1922.

CHAPTER 136.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 1
and 2 of Chapter 361 of the Acts of 1882, regulating fences
in certain parts of Hooper's Island, Dorchester County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1 and 2 of Chapter 361 of the Acts of
1882 be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, to read as follows:

1. All fields and other ground in that part of Hooper's
Island lying between the ferry or narrows and the thorough-
fare in district number six of Dorchester County, shall be
