Bond", to the credit of which fund, for the payment of said
bonds and interest as they annually mature, shall be deposited
in some bank, to be selected by said Commissioners, all moneys
levied and collected for the purposes of this Act. And for the
purposes of this Act the Commissioners of St. Michaels shall
annually levy upon the assessable property of said town such
special taxes as may be necessary to pay said bonds with in-
terest thereon as they shall severally mature until they shall
be finally discharged. And the funds thus arising hereunder
shall not be used for any other purpose than is herein before
directed.

CHAPTER 135.

AN ACT to repeal Section 109 of Article 25 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title, "County Commissioners, " sub-
title, "Farmers' Co-operative Demonstration, Work, " as
enacted by Chapter 427 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of 1914, authorizing and empowering the County
Commissioners of the several Counties of the State to
appropriate a sum of money not to exceed One Thousand
Dollars a year in each County for Farmers' Co-Operative
Demonstration Work, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

SECTION 1. Et it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 109 of article 25 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, title, '' County Commissioners, '' sub-title, '' Farm-
ers' Co-operative Demonstration Work" as enacted by Chap-
ter 427 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1914, authoriz-
ing and empowering the County Commissioners of the several
Counties of the State to appropriate a sum of money not to
exceed One Thousand Dollars a year in each county for
Farmers' Co-operative Demonstration Work, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to

SECTION 109. The Board of County Commissioners of the re-
spective Counties of this State may, and they are hereby author-
ized and empowered in their discretion to appropriate and
use, under such rules as they may prescribe, any sum or sums of
money, as in their discretion, may appear to be necessary and
