CHAPTER 132.
AN ACT to repeal Section 62 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, Article 20, title '' Somerset County, '' sub-title '' Cris-
field, " as enacted by Chapter 458 of the Acts of 1916; to
repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sections 57 and 80
of said Article, title and sub-title, as enacted by Chapter
529 of the Acts of 1910, Sections 76 and 85 of said Article,
title and sub-title, as enacted by Chapter 458 of the Acts
of 1916, and Section 58 of said Article, title and sub-title,
as enacted by Chapter 163 of the Acts of 1918, and to add
a new Section to said Article, title and sub-title, to be
known as Section 86.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 62 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
Article 20, title "Somerset County, " sub-title "Crisfield, "
as enacted by Chapter 458 of the Acts of 1916, be and the
same is hereby repealed, and that Sections 57 and 80 of said
Article, title and sub-title, as enacted by Chapter 529 of the
Acts of 1910, Sections 76 and 85 of said Article, title and sub-
title, as enacted by Chapter 458 of the Acts of 1916, and
Section 58 of said Article, title and sub-title, as enacted by
Chapter 163 of the Acts of 1918, be and the same are hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, and that a new
Section to be numbered 86 be and the same is hereby added
to said Article 20 title and sub-title; said Sections 57, 80, 76,
85 and 58 as re-enacted and said new Section to be known as
86 shall read as follows:
SEC. 57. The government of said City shall be vested in a
Mayor and three Councilmen, to be selected as hereinafter
provided. The Mayor shall not be less than thirty years of
age, and each Councilman shall not be less than twenty-five
years of age, at the time of their election; the Mayor and each
Councilman shall be citizens of the United States, and for two
years immediately preceding their election, residents of the
City of Crisfield. The Mayor shall be a bona fide owner of
