CHAPTER 124.

AN ACT to prohibit the killing of foxes while being pursued by
hounds or to kill or molest hounds while chasing foxes in
Saint Mary's County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful in Saint Mary's County for
any person to shoot any fox while it is being pursued by
hounds, or to shoot or molest any hound while chasing a fox.
Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined not less
than five dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars for each
and every offense.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

CHAPTER 125.

AN ACT to enable the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City
to borrow upon the faith and credit of said town a sum not
exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars and to issue and sell
coupon bonds therefor to provide funds for the extension of
the concrete road bed of Baltimore Avenue from its present
northerly terminus to the northerly limit of said town at
Baltimore Avenue and to provide for the levy and collection
of taxes to meet the interest and principal of said bonds as
the same become due.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That for the extension of the concrete road bed of Balti-
more Avenue in the town of Ocean City from its present
northerly terminus to the northerly limit of said town at
Baltimore Avenue, the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City
is hereby authorized in its discretion to borrow upon the faith
and credit of the said town of Ocean City an amount not ex-
ceeding the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars and to issue
coupon bonds therefor in sums of not less than one hundred
dollars and not more than one thousand dollars each to be
signed by the Mayor of said town and to be countersigned by
the Treasurer thereof with the seal of said town attached.
