taxes upon premiums written in this State by insurance com-
panies shall allow credit for return premiums on cancelled
policies and for permiums on reinsurance effected in companies
authorized to do business in this State.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

CHAPTER 548.

AN ACT to amend the Revised Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County, as legalized by Chapter 16 of the Acts of
1916, by the addition of a new section to be known as Sec-
tion 125A to follow immediately after Section 125 under
"County Commissioners," and to provide for certain exemp-
tions from County Taxes, in the discretion of the County
Commissioners.

CHAPTER 549.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 44,
47,- 56, 67, 68 and 71 of Article 99 of Bagby's Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Wild-fowl,
Birds and* Game," as enacted by Chapter 468 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland for the year 1918, and
re-enacted with amendments by Chapter 720 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland for the year 1920.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 44, 47, 56, 67, 68 and 71 of Article 99 of
Bagby's Annotated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
title "Wild-fowl, Birds and Game," sub-title "Game Warden,"
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, so as to read as follows:

Section 44. The Conservation Commission of Maryland on
the first Monday in June, 1918, and every two years thereafter
shall appoint, with the approval of the Governor of this State,
a Game Warden for the State, whoae term of office shall be for
two years or until his successor be appointed. The said Game
Warden shall receive a salary from the State for his services
of twenty-five hundred dollars per annum, and shall be entitled
