1536 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 542

Chapters 93, 112 and 117 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of 1900, by Chapter 18 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of 1904, by Chapter 100 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of 1906, by Chapter 526 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of 1910, by Chapters 552 and 750 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of 1912, by Chapters 38 and 744 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1914, by Chapter 302 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1918, and by Chapter 692 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1920, be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to
read as follows:

Section 1. The inhabitants of that district of country sit-
uated partly in Montgomery County and partly in Prince
George's County, in the State of Maryland, embraced within
the limits prescribed in the next succeeding section, shall be,
and continue to be, a body politic and corporate by the name
and style of the "Town of Takoma Park," and by that name
shall have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, and have and
use a common seal.

Section 2. The limits of the said town shall be as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the third line of the District
of Columbia with the west line of the right of way of the Met-
ropolitan Branch of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, and run-
ning with the west line of said right of way to the point of
intersection with the extension of a line drawn along the center
of Chicago Avenue from Boston Avenue to New York Ave-
nue; thence with said line extended across said right of way
of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad with the center line of said
Chicago Avenue to a point opposite the dividing line between
lots numbered Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block numbered
Sixty-seven (67) of the Takoma Park Loan and Trust Com-
pany's subdivision of Takoma Park; thence with a continua-
tion of the said dividing line through said Block numbered
Sixty-seven (67) to the intersection of said line with Takoma
Avenue; thence across Takoma Avenue to the northwest cor-
ner of lot numbered Nine (9) in Block numbered Seventy-one
(71) of the Takoma Park Loan and Trust Company's sub-
division of Takoma Park; thence with the northeasterly boun-
dary line of said Block numbered Seventy-one (71) to the in-
tersection of the said line with Baltimore Avenue; thence
across Baltimore Avenue to the northwest corner of lot num-
ber Five (5) in Block number Eighty-one (81) of the Takoma
Park Loan and Trust Company's subdivision of Takoma Park;
