CHAPTER 71.
AN ACT to provide for the payment of two hundred dollars
($200. 00) annually for travelling and other expenses to each
of the members of the Board of Education of Prince George's
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the members of the Board of Education of Prince
George's County shall each receive annually the sum of two
hundred dollars ($200. 00) for travelling and other expenses
incident to attending the meetings and transacting the business
of the Board within the county, the said sums to be put in the
School Budget and to be levied by the County Commissioners
of Prince George's County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Public General
and Public Local Laws inconsistent with the provisions hereof
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be if further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health or safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all
the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its pas-
sage.

CHAPTER 72.
AN ACT to create a new election precinct in Allegany County,
to be known as Precinct No. 4 of Election District No. 8.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new election precinct be and the same is hereby
created in Allegany County, to be known as Precinct No. 4,
of Election District No. 8. The said precinct to be taken from
Precinct No. 2 of District No. 8 and to include and be co-
extensive with the boundaries of the town of Luke, in said Alle-
gany County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of Elec-
tion Supervisors of Allegany County shall cause the poll books
of Precinct No. 2 of Election District No. 8, to be so amended
