ter 863 of the Acts of 1914; to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Section 217 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
.Local Laws, title "Kent County/' sub-title "Wild Fowl,"
as amended by Chapter 142 of the Acts of 1904; to repeal
and re-enact with amend-ments Section 218 of Article 15
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent County,'' sub-
title "Wild Fowl," and to add six new sections to Article
15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent County,"
sub-title "Wild Fowl," to follow Section 217 and to be desig-
nated Sections 217A, 217B, 217C, 217D, 217E and 217F.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 217A of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," as
enacted by Chapter 142 of the Acts of 1904 and Chapter 611
of the Acts of 1912, be and the same is hereby repealed; that
Chapter 337 of the Acts of 1918 be and the same is hereby
repealed; that Section 217B of Article 15 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title "Wild Fowl,"
as enacted by Chapter 863 of the Acts of 1914, be and the same
is hereby repealed; that Section 217 of Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," as amended by Chapter 142 of the Acts of 1904, and
Section 218 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Kent County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, and that
six new sections to Article 15 of the Code of Public Laws, title
"Kent County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," and to follow Section
217 and to be known as Sections 217A, 217B, 217C, 217D,
217E and 21TF, be and the same are hereby enacted and
added to said Article 15 as follows:

217. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot at or shoot
any water fowl in Kent County, flying above their feeding
grounds or elsewhere over the waters of Kent County, from
vessels, boats, floats, canoes or crafts of any kind, except as
is otherwise permitted in this Article and except in giuch cases
where it may be necessary to chase and shoot any such wild
fowl which have been previously shot and crippled in a lawful
manner.

217A. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, shoot at
or shoot any wild fowl, otters, muskrats or any other water ani-
mals, by the use of any artificial light of any character in any
of the waters of Kent County.
