cester Counties for any person to shoot any fox while it is
being pursued by hounds, or to shoot or molest any hound while
chasing a fox. Any person violating the provisions of this Act
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be
fined not less than five dollars nor more than twentv-five dollars

for each and everv offense.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 463.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 4 and 5 of Chapter 298 of the Acts
of 1890 of the General Assemblv of Marvland, entitled ''An

Act to build and establish a free bridge over Tuckahoe
River, formerly Tuckahoe Creek, at or near Horsey's Land-
ing, in Caroline County., and to provide for free travel be-
tween Caroline and Talbot Counties"; and to repeal Section
6 of said Chapter 20-8, entitled as above, as the same was
re-enacted and amended by Chapter 190 of the Acts of 1900
of the General Assembly of Maryland; and to re-enact said
Sections 4 and 5 and said Section 6 (as amended), with
amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections four and five of Chapter 298 of the Acts of
1890 of the General Assemblv of Marvland, entitled "An Act

to build and establish a free bridge over Tuckahoe River,
formerly Tuckahoe Creek, at or near Horsey's landing, in
Caroline County, and to provide for free travel between Caro-
line and Talbot Counties"; and Section 6 of said Chapter 298,
entitled as above, as the said Section was re-enacted and
amended by Chapter 190 of the Acts of 1900 of the General
Assembly of Maryland, be and the said sections are hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted as follows :
4. That the County Commissioners of Caroline and Talbot.
Counties be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
levy on the assessable property of Caroline and Talbot Coun-
ties, such sums of money as may be necessary to carry out and
secure the provisions of this Act, the expenses thereof to be
paid and borne, one-half by Caroline County and the remain-
