Jurisdictions priviledges profits or benefits thereunto
belonging or in anywayes apertaining to have
and to hold y.e s.d parcell of Land with all & singular
y.e before barganed premises unto him y.e s.d John Oldson his
heirs & assignes for ever and y.e s.d Anthony Workman
& Joan his wife their heirs Exct.rs & Admt.rs for themselves
doth hereby covenant & grant to & with y.e s.d John Oldson
his heirs & assignes y.t he y.e s.d Anthony Workman &
Joan his wife their heirs Exct.rs or Admt.rs y.e s.d parcell or
tract of Land & all other y.e barganed premises unto him
y.e s.d John Oldson his heirs & assignes against all manor
of person or persons whatsoever clameing any right
by from or under him them or any of them shall & will
for ever hereafter warrant & defend by these presents
the rents & services which from henceforth from time
to time for & in respect of y.e premises shall grow due &
payable to y.e Chiefe Lord or Lords of y.e fee for & in respect
of his or their seigneority or seigneorities onely excepted
& foreprized And further y.e s.d Anthony Workman &
Joan his wife their heirs & assignes shall & will from
time to time & at all times hereafter dureing y.e space of
seaven years at y.e request & proper charges in the Law of
him y.e s.d John Oldson his heirs & assignes make doe execute
or cause to be made done or Executed or suffered all & every
such further or other act or acts thing or things Device or
Devices assurance or assurances whatsoever requisite in the
premises for y.e better assureing & more shure makeing the
s.d barganed premises unto him y.e s.d John Oldson his heirs
& assignes for ever be it by inrolement of these presents fine
feofment or otherwise or by any such other lawfull wayes &
means & by himselfe y.e John Oldson his heirs or assignes or
by his or their Councell learned in y.e Law shall be reasonably
devised advised or required In Wittness whereof the parties
to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their
hands & fixed their seals y.e Day & year abovewritten
