& Thomas Jose & Ann his Wife Adm.rx of Samuell Tovey Deces.d Deffs wheron
y.e s.d plt Recovered Against y.e Estate of y.e s.d Samuell Tovey as well the sum
of Eighteen Thousand & ninety pounds of tobacco Debt as Aslo y.e sume of one
hundred seventy & three pounds of tobacco Cost of suite Manifest Erro.rs hath
happened to y.e greivious Damage of y.e s.d Thomas Jose & Ann his wife Adminit.rx
afores.d as out of y.e great Complaint we have Received & we willing that y.e Errors
if any be shall in Due manner be corrected & Full & speedy Justice be Done to
