80 [illegible] by these p.rsents That I John Lillingston of y.e County of Talbott Clarke am bound & firmly obliged unto John Lean of Plymouth on old England Mariner in y.e full & Just quantity of tenn Thousand Pounds of good tobacco & Caske to be paid in Caske unto y.e fores.d John Lean his heires executors administrators or assignes in some Convenient place in Chester River to y.e Payment well & truly to be made I [illegible] moving heires exect.rs & Administrators firmly by these Presents Sealed w.th my Seal And Dated this twenty-fifth Day of August Ann Dom 1685 The Condition of this obligation is such that if y.e above bounden John Lillingston his heires executors and Administrators and every of them Do & shall well & truly Performe and keep all & every the Covinants grants Conditions & Agreements what soever mentioned & Comneissed in one Pair of Indentures bearing Date w.th these p.rsents & made between y.e above bounden John Lillingston & Mary his wife of y.e one partt and y.e above named John Lean of y.e other partt w.ch on y.e Partt & behalfe of y.e said John Lillingston his heires executors administrators are or ought to be Performed and kep.t According to y.e true intent and meaning of y.e s.d Indentures Then this obligation to be voyd otherwise Continiew & Remaine in full force & vertue
