Right Accustomed and y.e s.d John Lillingston and his heirs y.e s.d two hundred acres
of Land with all and singuler y.e p.rmises hereby granted unto y.e s.d John Lean his
heirs and assignes for Ever Against him y.e s.d John Lillingston his heirs and
Assignes And all other persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming or to [illegible]
by from or under him them or any of them shall & will warrant and forever
Defend by these Presents & y.e s.d John Lillingston for himselfe his heirs &
executors & Administrators and every of them Doth Covinant promise
& Agree to & w.th y.e s.d John Lean his heires and assignes & every of them
he y.e s.d John Lillingston at y.e sealing & Deliverie of these p.rsents hath full
right & Lawfull Authority to bargaine and sell y.e p.rmises And every partt
thereof unto y.e s.d John Lean & his heires for ever And moreover y.e s.d
John Lillingston for himselfe his heires executors and administrators and
every of them Doth Covinant Promise and Agree to and w.th the s.d John
Lean And his heires for ever and assignes & every of them that he y.e s.d
John Lillingston and his heires at all time Dureing seven yeares next
after y.e Date of these p.rsents at the Resonable request and Charges in
y.e Law of him y.e s.d John Lean & his heires or Assignes: shall & will Doe
or suffer or Cause to be Done and suffered all & singuler act & acts
thing and things in y.e Law w.ch by y.e s.d John Lean his heires or assignes
or by his or their Councill Learned in y.e Law shall be Lawfully devised
or advised for y.e Further & better Assurance of y.e p.rmises according to
the intent & true meaning expressed in these p.rsente Indenture in
Wittness whereof y.e Parties above named to these p.rsent Indentures
have entrchangeably sett their hands & seals y.e Day & yeare first
