John Doyle servant to Coll John Hynson adjudged att
Fourteene Yeares of Age

Rodger Kennaday serv.t to Henry Hosier adjudged by
this Court att Fourteene Yeares of Age
                                            Simon Wilmer Clk

John Winchester acknowledgeth a Deed to M.r Edward James
for One hundred and Fifty Acres of Land

And the said Edward James here in Court becomes bound
unto the said John Winchester in the sume of Twenty poundes
sterl money of England to be Recovered of him the said Edward
by him the said John Provided he the said Edward doe not make
over by a good and forme conveyance Fifty Acres of the said
Land unto Alexander Toulson when therunto required

Orphan Jury Returne and present Thomas Usher for makeing
sale of William Thorpe Orphan of Thomas Thorpe late of this
County Deaced

Ordered by this Court that sum Issue according to the above
presentm.t

discharged Andare by the sheerif againe summoned according to

Entertaining Privateers Runnaway seamen and serv.ts And
the said Grand Jury are by the Court desired to signe the said paper
or give their Reasons to the Contrary
