sd Writt in these wordes following viz I have Attached in
the hands of Capt Edward Sweatnam the within menconed
sume of Tobaccoe as by this Writt I am commanded and have
made Knowne to y.e said Edward Sweatnam soe that he be and
appeare before his Maj.ties Justices att the Next Court to be held
for Kent County before Walter Tally Sen.r and Walter Tally
Jun.r Two good and Lawfull men of my Bailiwick Tho Smyth
Coron.r

And the sd Cap.t Edward Sweatnam comes into Court and declares that
there remained None of y.e goods Chattels &c.a of the said Robert Smiths in
his hands

John Wade is by this Court appointed Overseer of the High
Ways for Langfords Bay hundred instead of Robert Dunn

Robert Hawkshaw takes the Oathes of Alleigance and abhorrency
as allsoe the Oath of a Constable Appointed by Act of Assembly
