Court adjournes for houre        same Court sitts againe

Whereas there was a Letter directed to this Court from y.e Hon.ble G.r
Thomas Lawrence Baron.t whrein he requests a line or Two
touching the Keeping the Records of this County

Ordered by this Court that Fryday Next being y.e 5.th day of Feb.ry
be appointed for inspecting y.e Record and to make report accordingly

Whereas this day viz y.e 28.th day of January Anno Dom 1696
there passed an Order commanding the sheerif to cause to come
before this Court Immediatly Henry Green and Bernard Powel
this Court now supposing it may be untill too Morrow before the
said persons appeare and haveing finished all other businesse depending
in sd Court

Ordered by this Court that the sherrif cause the sd Henry Greene
and Bernard Powell to appeare before Cap.t James Smith Cap.t
John Hawkins and M.r John Whittington or any Two of them to be
examined and dealt with all according as the Law directs



                                                Court adjournes to the Court in Course
