Talbot County Cordwayner was summoned to Answer unto
Solomon Wright of a plea that he render him the full and
just sume of Fower hundred poundes of Tobaccoe in caske
which to him he Oweth and from him he unjustly deteineth
And whereupon the sd Jn.o on the 7.th day of August Anno
Dom 1695 in the County within the Jurisdicon of this Court
by his certain bill or writing obligatory sealed with his seal
as his Act and Deed delivered and here in Court brought whose
date is the same day and Yeare did bind himselfe his Heires Ex.rs
and Adm to pay or cause to be paid into the sd Solomon his Heires
Ex.rs Adm or Assignes the sd sume of 400.ll of good sound M.rchtable
leaf tobaccoe in caske convenient in Chester River in sd County att
or upon the tenth day of October Next Ensueing the date of the same
bull Yett notwithstanding the sd Jn.o the sd sume of 400.ll Tobaccoe he
[illegible] said alltho often demanded but the same to pay he
hath denied and refused to the damage of the sd Solomon
