M.r Nicholas Cloudes Peticons this Court that he may be
admitted to plead as an Attorney which is by this Court
accordingly granted

M.r Nicholas Cloudes likewise proves an Accompt
against Alexander Cambell of Cæcil County for the
sume of 675.ll Tob

Ordered by this Court that Capt Edward Sweatnan
take care to have a Prison built for this County 15
Foot long and 10 Foot Wide

Whereas att a Court held the 26.th day of August
last it was Ordered that the Clerk should Issue out
noe Writts but by a Titling or order from some one of
the Attornies of this Court but it now being considered
by this Court that by reason of the aforesaid Order
many of the suiters therto have been run to more charges
then was really Necessary Especially where the Matter was
plaine and the demand but smale

It is Therfore Ordered by this Court that the said order
be Null and voyd and that any person may ^Execute^ what
writts they have occation by their owne direction and
Titling as formerly
