considered by this Court that the said Reasons are good
and valid in Law and that the aforesaid Declaracon brought

the said Counties of Kent and Talbot was Transmitted to this Court

Council of a plea wherfore he Took one bright bay colored
horse with a small star in his forehead of the value of
