Tres sur Case Declaracon viz

Kent fs     William Jones of Kent County Cordwainer stands
                attached to Answer unto Ralph Arundel of a plea
                of trespasse upon the Case

And Whereupon the said Ralph by William Hemsley his
attorney complaines that Whereas the said Ralph now is
a true faithfull chast an honest person of this Nation and
as a True faithfull and honest chast and honest person of
this Nation without any unchast uncivil or light carriage
of life or suspition of the same of the same wholly unattainted
and free hath allways hitherto from the time of
his Nativity behavd himselfe lived and continued and of
good Name fame condicon Creditt conservacon repase
and behavior as well towards all his Neighbors with whome
he hath soe lived and continued and other faithfull and
worthy persons of this Nation as allsoe more Especially as
a Natural Kind and loveing husband towards his Wives
useing and Endeavoring with his cheifest care and diligence
by all meanes possibly he could for the preservacon of their
lives and well fare by all the time aforesd hath been esteemed
accounted and reputed the feare of God allwais haveing
before his Eyes and from any Kind of felony murther killing
slaying poisoning dishonesty incest fornicacon adultery
incontinency Poligamy light behavior or carriage or
other such like wicked and base crime or from the proveing
of such like wickednesse or of the same in any manner what
soever Noted or suspected by the whole course of his life
hitherto free cleare and throly and wholly unsuspected
hath remaind livd and continued by reason whereof the sd
Ralph hath not ondly defencedly had and obtained the loud
favor and good will of all his Neighbors and other faithfull
and worthy persons of this Nacon but allsoe hath kept &
conserned himselfe same Opinion Estimacon repute &
all his chattels lands and tenements safe sound & unattainted
& in no wais subject to the law or the Right
