John Heathcot becomes bound unto our Soveraigne Lord
King William the Third &c.a in the sume of Twenty
poundes sterl monie of England to be leavied of
his Lands and Tenements goods and Chattels provided
he make not his personal appearance att this next Court
and in the meane time be not of good abearing towards
all his Maj.ties good subjects to which he gave his consent
