589 (301) Griffith Jones is appointed as Overseer of the High waies Easterneck hundred M.r James Wroth and John Heathcot being p.rsented by the grand jury in March last but the Clk of the indictments not haveing due informacon nor his Maj.ties Evidence ready moves the Court that the said Wroth and Heathcot may find security for their appearance att and good Behavior until next Court which is accordingly ordered Simon Wilmer Clk M.r James Wroth becomes bound unto our Soveraigne Lord King William the Third &c.a in the full and just sume of Twenty poundes sterl monie of England to be Leavied of his Lands & Tenements goods and Chattles provided he doe not make his personal appearance before his Maj.ties Justices of Kent County att the next Court and in the Meane time be ^not^ of good abearing towards all his Maj.ties good subjects To which he gave his consent Simon Wilmer Clk Georg Smith becomes bound unto our Soveraigne Lord King William the Third &c.a in the sume of Teen pound sterl mony of England to be Leavied of his Lands and Tenements goods & Chattels provided James Wroth doe not make his personal appearance att this next County Court or in the meane time be not of good abearing towards all Maj.ties good people To which he gave his consent Simon Wilmer Clk |
