584 Mary Linc servant to Walter Tally Adjudged to be Sixteene Yeares of Age and to serve according to Law in that case made and provided Simon Wilmer Clk Edward Plesto sworne as Evidence by the request of M.r Griffith Jones to communication had Betweene him the said Jones and M.r James Wroth M.r William Comegys and Elizabeth his Wife she being privately Examined doe Acknowledge a Deed to John Wyatt for One hundred and Fifty Acres of Land M.r Robert Smith Acknowledgeth a Deed for One hundred Acres of Land to Richard Dawson M.r Nathaniel Wright proves an Accompt against his servant William Steward for runaway time One hundred forty and Fower dayes and the said William Steward is by the Court adjudged to serve according to Act of Assembly in such case made and provided Simon Wilmer Clk M.r Edward ^Sweatnam^ being by this Court admitted as sheerif and Keeper of this County as before writed now takes the Oath for the due Administracon of the said Office M.r William Hemsley moves this Court that he may have all businesses now depending in this Court assigned him by the precedence Clerk of the Indictments according to his Comicon before writed which is by this Court Accordingly ordered Simon Wilmer Clk |
