out of John Davis his house signed Thomas Piner foreman

Elinor Mackdaniel a servant belonging to M.r Matthew
Smith of Kent Island is presented for haveing a Bastard
Child p.rsented p Thomas Baxter Constable of the Lower
hundred of Kent Island and Indorced on the back side
Wee of the Jury Doe find this presentment signed

same and Plt by Charles Basse his Attorny declareing
that there was still remaining due one hundred poundes
of Pork and the Defendant makeing no reasonable
defence against the same

Robert Parkes the said sume of One hundred poundes
of Porke and cost expended in the same w.th the former cost
