M.rs Ann Wroth being bound by Recognizance to appeare
att this Court now apprs and no person nor any matter appearing
ag.t her

It is therfore ordered by this Court that the said Ann
Wroth be cleared by proclamacon which is accordingly
performed

Sarah Hall being bound by Recognizance to App.r at
this Court Now Appears and Leiten.t Coll Hance Hanson by
Charles Basse his Attorny complaines that she the said Sarah
is an Idle ffleeting and vagrant person and Endeavored some
time since to run away with Negroe Man belonging to
M.rs Sarah Porter and one other persons servants in Langford
Bay And that the said Sarah Hall ^hath^ a person liveing in
Cæcil County

It is therfore ordered by this Court that the said
Sarah Hall immediatly depart out of this County to her
husband after she hath procured Trunck and Bead which
belongeth to her as she informes this Court and now in
posession of M.r Edward Sweatnam And that she returne
not into this County within One Yeare
