556 Att a Court held for Kent County the 3.d day of March in the Eighth Yeare of the Reigne of William the Third King of England Sct &c.a Anno Dom 1695
The Appearance Doggett first called] George Mullin a servant to James Wattson complaineth to this Court that his said Master detaineth him in servitude without Allowing him the said George a Reasonable consideracon This Court hath therfore ordered that James Wattson bring his condicon to this next Court and prove upon what consideracon the said Georg is Detained as aforesd Robert Attcheson Benjamin Ricaud & Richard Lowder being sum[moned] by the Sheerif to Attend on this Court as Jurors but not Appearing when called It is Therfore ordered by this Court that the said Robert Attcheson Benjamin Ricaud and Richard Lowder be fined Each of them One hundred poundes of Tobaccoe Simon Wilmer Clk Sarah Smith and Elizabeth Webb being prsented by a grand Jury the 27.th day of August last for being riotously Assembled which p.rsentment is before Recorded in the proceedings of the said Court and there att large appeareth which said Sarah Smith and Elizabeth Webb as p Recognizance bound being called Sarah Smith Appears Elizabeth Webb Mortua East |
