535 (272) good Lawes of this Province in such case made and provided This Court hath therfore fined the said Anthony Workman and Sussanna Harris the sume of Forty shillings Each for the Use of their Maj.ties Robert Hacke being found guilty for feloniously killing and beareing away a Heifer of a person unknowne of the value of three hundred pounds of Tobaccoe att a Court held for this County the 28.th day of November Capt M.r Matthew Eareckson moves this Court that their Maj.ties may have Judgm.t against the said Hacke for Fower Fold as the Law in that case directs which is accordingly granted William Smith becomes bound unto their Maj.ties King William and Queen Mary in the sume of Tenn poundes sterl monie of England to ^be^ Leavied of his Lands and Tenements goods and Chattles if Sarah his Wife and Elizabeth Webb doe not make their personal appearance att this next Court and in the meane time be of good abearing with their Maj.ties good people to which he gives his consent
