on their Maj.ties behalfe as Evidences to declare the truth
of their Knowledg who being heard by this Court and
Jury with other circumstantial Evidence and pleaded
to by Eareckson on their Maj.ties behalfe and likewise
defended by M.r James Wroth husband to the said Ann
the Court give the Jury their charge who withdraw some
time to consider upon the same And in some short
time returne and the said Jury being called over by their
Respective Names as is afore writed and the said Ann
Wroth being called to the Barr the Jury returne this
verdict Wee of the Jury are all agreed that M.rs Ann
Wroth is guilty of Matter of Fact

M.r James Wroth in behalfe of his Wife moves and
Arrest the Judgment and desires he may have till next
Court to put in his Reason which is by this Court accordingly
granted

M.r Anthony Workman being by order of this Court
to Answer the objections of the Court accordingly appeared
ordered by this Court that the said Workman give security
to save the County harmless from a Reputed Bastard
Child

M.r Michael Miller becomes his security &c to save
the County harmless from the said child called Battee
alias Cooper now Nursing att Ralph Distons upon Kent
Island

M.r Anthony Workman And Susanna Harris being
supported to Live in Adultery togather and being
admonished by Matthew Smith and Richard Kompton
church Warden of the Island of Kent p order of the
vestry of the said Island to live seperatly which said
admonishm.t the said Workman did here in Court acknowledg
but takeing no Notice therof much to the disparagment
of the Christian Religion and contempt of the
