Propriatary of y.e Province of Maryland & Avalon Lord
Baron of Baltemore &c Between Thomas Collings of Talbot
County in y.e Province of Maryland of the one partt plant.r
& John Evans of the County & Province afores.d Plant.r on
the other partt Wittnesseth that y.e s.d Thomas Collings for
& in Consideration of two thousand pounds of tobacco: to him in
hand payed at & before y.e Ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents
by y.e s.d John Evans: well & truly payed the Receipt whereof
y.e s.d Thomas Collings Doth acknowledg & himselfe there w.th
Every partt & Parsell thereof fully satisfied Content & paid
