the deft Thomas Coursey by Matthew Eareckson his
Attorny desires he may have a Non suit which is
accordingly granted

Schedule of costs is illegible

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the defendant
Thomas Coursey doe recover from the plt John Lewis the
sume of fiftie poundes of Tobaccoe for a Non suit and
costs expended
